Last week, newly elected Conclave Board member and Journal Broadcasting Director of Radio Programming Tom Land informed family and friends that he will begin treatment for cancer, now diagnosed as bone cancer. The Conclave has elected five new members to its Board! Joining the Board of Directors will be Harv Blain, a member of the Vallie-Richards-Donovan Consultancy. Harv will continue as Co-chair of the Conclave’s Agenda Committee. Also named to the Board is Journal Broadcasting’s Director of Radio Programming, Tom Land. He’ll serve along side another newly-elected Journal executive, J. Pat Miller – PD/Morning Talent for 94.5-The Lake/Milwaukee. Rejoining the Board is Tom Oakes, VP/Programming for New Northwest Broadcasters. And Enrico (Rico) Garcia will be joining the Board from his post of Director of Programming and Promotion for Results Radio/Sacramento.
